What's better than an iced cold beverage in hand on a hot Summer day?
How about one you made from scratch and absolutely love?!

I'm sure you can name a few - but I'm sure we'll find a place for this to be at the top of your list.
Three ingredients never tasted so good (yep, that's it - and I won't even bore you with the story on how I started making this - you're welcome).
Enjoy!

What You'll Need
Supplies
1 fancy-fun drinking glass you hardly ever use (you know the one)
Ingredients
Serving Size: 1 glass
lemonade (we got Trader Joe's brand - bliss)
3-4 medium-large basil leaves, extra for garnish
4 large strawberries, halved (greens removed)
ice
lemon slice for garnish (optional for you fancy folk)
How-To Assemble
Add the basil leaves and halved strawberries to the glass. Mash up the herb and fruit mixture at the bottom of the glasses using the muddler end of your spoon until there are juices from the berry and the basil has released some of its' scent.
Add ice. Pour lemonade over the mixture and stir.
Voi-la! You've got yourself a refreshing drink you'll want to reach for on a daily basis (or at least on the hot ones).
Cheers!
