Mango-Banana Coconut Bowl

Summer has officially swung the door open with its' excessive heat warnings and plans by the river, at least in California – the heat is seriously among us.
What is one of the best ways to cool down? To eat a fantastical, fruity, frozen blended masterpiece, of course! So grab your frozen fruit, it’s time to make a refreshing fruit bowl:

Ingredients:
½ frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
3 ice cubs
½ teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey (or more!)
Optional: top with sliced strawberries, raspberries, shaved coconut, granola, honey and/or chia seeds!
Blending Instructions:
Place all ingredients except for the optional toppings in a blender or food processor and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
